We ship only to addresses within the Unites States of America.

We do not ship to online shoppers outside of United States of America.

Jewelry and diamonds are shipped fully insured by Federal Express via overnight delivery. Extremely high value items are shipped via Brinks within the United States of America. We ship to physical street addresses only , sorry no Post Office Boxes are allowed. To guard against credit card fraud, items paid by credit card can only be shipped to your address on record with your credit card company. We will inform you as to when your package was shipped and the expected arrival date. Please remember that someone will have to be at the address to sign for the package, therefore we recommend your work address. Once the package is signed for the insurance on the items cease. In the event the package does not arrive as scheduled, please call our toll free number (866-260-6694) at once so that we may immediately track the package with the shipper and report back to you why the package has not been delivered.

All of our loose Laboratory Graded diamonds are shipped with the original GIA , AGS, or EGL laboratory documents.

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online selection. If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase for any reason, please return the merchandise to us, in its original condition along with all the original documentation including all laboratory grading reports within 7 business days from receipt for a full refund less shipping a 15% restocking fee, shipping and insurance and charges.

The only items that cannot be returned for a refund are pieces made to order. These include custom-designed pieces and diamonds purchased from our Loose Diamond section which have been mounted into a jewelry mounting (s) per your request. During the creation of a custom-designed piece of jewelry, we will work closely with you at every stage of the process to assure that the finished jewelry is exactly what you want. It is our goal is to exceed your expectations and make your on line shopping experience an enjoyable one.
