4 C's of Diamond Grading
The value of diamonds are directly related to their rarity. Higher
grade diamonds are more rare than lower grade ones. Diamonds are graded
according to an international standard called "the four
C's of diamonds":
"Cut" refers to how
proportionate a diamond is cut to reflect the light through the table.
"Color" refers to
how colorless the diamond is.
"Clarity" refers
to the degree or grade of inclusions within the diamond.
"Carat" refers to
the weight of the diamond
