Custom Design Service
Our Standard custom design service is geared for those who have a
clear and concise understanding of what they are wanting.
Under
this plan you can describe to us in detail, or email us a sketch or
scanned image of what you are looking for.
Once
we have mutually determined and confirmed the design of your custom
jewelry project, we will email you a detailed price quote with a targeted
completion date. In order to meet the targeted completion date, we
ask that you confirm your order within 24 hours via email and by sending
us a 50 percent deposit to us. Once we receive your deposit, we will
immediately notify you and begin your custom project. You will be
contacted once your project is completed and we ask that you make
you final payment at that time.
We make
nearly everything by hand in our manufacturing facility located within
our storefront location. Once a project commences, any design changes
made, which we refer to as change orders, will increase the total
cost of your custom project. All change orders will be based on the
additional amount of time and materials taken to complete your project
and must be confirmed via email.
Upon
receiving your final payment your custom order is shipped to you insured
via Federal Express, Brinks, or registered mail.
